South Mountain
The South Mountain Neighborhood sits atop Snowshoe Mountain and reaches up to Snowshoe’s highest point. The properties are Leatherbark, Loggers Run, Sawmill Village, Snowcrest, Soaring Eagle Lodge, Top of the World, Treetop, Timbers and Wabasso and are ski-in/ski-out condos and town homes. They are located at or near the shopping and dining options at South Mountain. Many of these properties are also a short walk or shuttle ride to the activities, dining and shopping options in the village. The new Soaring Eagle Express Lift and trail expansion is located in this area.
